I spent three months in Egypt: one volunteering at an animal shelter, one travelling around, and one working remotely while living by the beach and fostering some kittens.

The archaeological sites, like the Valley of the Kings, blew my mind. Travelling Egypt solo wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. I loved getting off the mass tourism track to places like Alexandria and Siwa.

The snorkelling and diving are truly out of this world! I sense more trips to Egypt are in my future.
