I travelled through Slovakia while backpacking between Hungary and Romania and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Bratislava is the country’s capital and I enjoyed spending a couple of summer days here, tucking into hearty Slovakian food such as sheep’s cheese dumplings. Cheese and carbs, what’s not to love?
