Solo female travel

Solo travel

When I first travelled solo, it was because none of my friends were available. Taking the trip alone heightened my independence and I loved being in charge of my own plans! Five year later, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Solo female travel is often portrayed negatively in the media but I’m keen to dispel solo travel myths and help other women live on their own terms. There are so many benefits to solo travel that it would be a shame to miss them!

I’ve travelled popular regions like Southeast Asia and Western Europe, lesser-visited but just as safe locations like the Balkans and East Asia, as well as harder locations like India, Latin America and South Africa which get a bad rep but are fantastic destinations if you have a bit of practice.
